To open an account at Jeetwine, you'll need an active mobile number or email address. Fill in the registration form with your name, date of birth, mobile/email, and a password. Verify with an OTP. The whole process takes just 2–3 minutes. Please note that you must be at least 18 years old to register with Jeetwine.

No. Under Jeetwine's rules, each person may hold only one account. Any attempt to create multiple accounts using the same mobile number, email, or device may result in all accounts being permanently closed and balances being forfeited.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is the process of confirming your identity. It is required for withdrawals and large transactions. Simply upload a clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport along with a selfie from your Account Settings. Verification is usually completed within 24–48 hours.

If logged in: go to Account Settings → Security → Change Password. If logged out: click "Forgot Password?" on the login page. An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile or email. Set your new password. Use a strong password that includes uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.

Your account may be suspended due to incorrect information, multiple accounts, or suspicious activity. To resolve the issue, email support@jeetwine.biz or reach us via live chat. The support team typically responds within 24 hours.

To change your name or date of birth after registration, you'll need to contact the support team and submit KYC documents. Mobile number and email can be updated directly from Settings, but OTP verification is required.

The minimum deposit is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits depend on your account's verification level. Fully KYC-verified accounts have higher limits.

Deposits via mobile banking (Mobile Pay/Nagad/Rocket) typically reflect in your balance within 5–15 minutes. Occasionally, network issues may cause a slight delay. If it has been more than 30 minutes, contact support with a screenshot of the transaction.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours. Accounts with completed KYC verification receive the fastest processing. Requests made on weekends or bank holidays may take a little longer.

Wagering requirements mean you must bet a specified number of times before withdrawing bonus funds. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a ৳100 bonus means you need to place ৳1000 in bets before you can withdraw. Requirements vary by bonus — check the Bonus section for full details.

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled. However, in certain situations — such as a match being cancelled or rescheduled by the organiser — your bet will be automatically refunded. If the Cash Out feature is available, you can withdraw partial or full winnings while the match is still in progress.
