1 General Terms & Applicability

Jeetwine (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided through the Jeetwine website, mobile app, or any other channel.

By creating an account, logging in, or using any service on Jeetwine, you confirm that you have fully read and agreed to all of these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account on Jeetwine, you must meet the eligibility requirements below. All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any funds.

• You must be 18 years of age or older
• Only one account per person is permitted
• The mobile number and name provided at registration must be genuine
• The payment method must be registered in the user's own name
• It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password confidential
• Sharing your account with anyone else is strictly prohibited

3 Age Verification & Minor Protection

Jeetwine strictly enforces an 18+ policy. Keeping minors away from gaming is one of our highest priorities. Users must declare that they are 18 or older at the time of registration.

If there is reason to suspect that an account is being used by a minor, Jeetwine reserves the right to immediately suspend the account for verification. If confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and all winnings will be forfeited.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

Jeetwine currently supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and other local payment methods. All transaction data is encrypted and fully secure.

• The payment method used for withdrawals must be registered under the account holder's name
• KYC verification may be required before your first withdrawal
• If any unusual transaction is detected, Jeetwine may suspend the withdrawal pending investigation
• Deposits cannot be reversed — please make sure before you deposit
• We are legally required to report suspicious transactions as part of our anti-money laundering obligations

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Jeetwine offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, and it is important to read them carefully before claiming any bonus.

• Bonuses apply to active and verified accounts only
• Only one bonus can be active at a time (cashback excluded)
• Withdrawals cannot be made until the wagering requirements for a bonus have been met
• Expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically
• Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being terminated
• Jeetwine reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time

6 Betting Rules

All Sports Betting, casino games, and virtual games on Jeetwine are governed by the following general rules.

• Bets cannot generally be cancelled once confirmed
• Jeetwine reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error
• Jeetwine is not liable for bets that fail to process during live betting due to internet connectivity issues
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for that bet will be refunded
• Jeetwine reserves the right to investigate and void any unusual or suspicious bets
• Maximum win limits may vary by game and event

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Jeetwine. Violating these rules will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Bonus system abuse or bonus misuse
• Participating in or facilitating match fixing or any form of cheating
• Use of software bots or automated betting tools
• Using the platform for money laundering or channeling illegal funds
• Fraudulent or deceptive behaviour towards other users
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to or hack the Jeetwine system

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Jeetwine reserves the right to suspend or close any account in the circumstances listed below. Users may also request account closure themselves.

• If a breach of terms is established
• If an account is registered using false information
• Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months)
• Failure to cooperate with KYC verification
• If the user requests self-exclusion

Any valid balance remaining before account closure will be refunded — unless the account was closed due to prohibited activity.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

• Jeetwine is not liable for any losses resulting from internet outages or issues with the user's device
• Jeetwine is not directly liable for software errors caused by third-party game providers
• We cannot be held liable for service disruptions caused by natural disasters or force majeure events
• Jeetwine is not responsible for any account compromise resulting from the user's own negligence
